
ADVISORY BOARD
The Spark The Vote Advisory Board is composed of community leaders and policy experts who support the mission of Spark the Vote to mobilize and position cannabis consumers to be politically powerful and Get Out The Vote (GOTV).
The Advisory Board makes recommendations and provides information and materials to the Board of Directors. The Advisory Board's tasks and powers are delegated by and subject matter to help further advance the organizational goals and provide invaluable input and suggestions to the Board of Directors.
Members of the Advisory Board are able to participate in a variety of different ways:

Provide their professional and personal expertise

Share their diverse knowledge of cannabis policy

Network with other like minded individuals to connect

Engage in direct GOTV work (voter registration, precinct walking, town hall virtual event planning, fundraising, etc).

Attend exclusive events (annual meetings, private events, and more)

Stay informed about plans, activities and needs of the organization

Public acknowledgement of their name and organization on certain Spark the Vote Materials

Engagement crafted on specific interests
Advisory Board Structure:

Appointed by the Board of Directors

The Advisory Board has a maximum of 20 slots

May serve up to 4, 1-2 year terms
